Down But Not Out

Failure can result in a sad mood. For many reasons, I have been struggling with my research project the past few months - mistakes due to inexperience and ineffective research management. Although blogging has been occupying my late nights and some of my school time, I deny accusations that blogging has taken much of my effective study time.

I just needed to vent my frustration. How could I be so careless ?!? How could I have made such a careless mistake ?!? Does one make a mistake for a reason ? Silly mistakes and a-month of repeat work to do. Today I am feeling down.

That sucks! I'm sorry, I know how you feel...but dont worry. Mistakes definately happen for a reason! So that we can learn from them. You said you are inexperienced, but making a mistake and learning from it gives you experience. Ganbatte! You can do it!

Just set your priority right.. have a balance and good time management will solve your current problem.. worst case, put off those unnecessary activities .. (including blogging ;-) ... )

thanks :P well, it is definitely a good lesson. and about blogging - it gave me motivation and encouragement. how can i say i have gained nothing from blogging. i have gained new friends because blogging is interactive. one of the best things about blogging is that it enables me to know people from different countries and walks of life. and being able to share what i enjoy with others (my travels). perhaps i have been over-blogging. yes. i need some sense of priority from now on. not that i will make blogging my last and least priority. blogging doesn't get serious (at least for me), therefore i will still keep my blogging pace. blog whenever i am free, stop whenever i want.

Blogging was a good lesson to me too. Remember that blogging is like a ball in your court. You can hurl it, throw it, gently swing it...do whatever but know your limits. As how I have come to know mine now...

Hey Pat, 1 month of work, totally gone? I had that before. Yah~ it totally drained your energy away. Because of the stupid product from the company. Right name, wrong product, can't believe huh? And you know, the first 6 months when I just started my research... I did a lot for my work... until one day my sensei told me all the data couldn't be used because of the conflict within 2 companies... *sigh* apa boleh buat? Totally have to use a new protein lor~ But trust me, perahu akan jadi lurus apabila sampai ke perhentian. So... burn your spirit up ok?

Life wouldn't be so meaningful without these failures. ;)

*hug*
